Ingredients:
- 5 lemons, preferably organic
- 5 or 6 sprigs of parsley
- 3.2 quarts of filtered water
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
Instructions:
Thoroughly chop lemons and parsley. Stir along with water in a big pot. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat and let simmer for 2 hours. Remove from heat, let cool for a minimum of 1 hour. Add baking soda and stir thoroughly. Then, let mixture slowly simmer once more for an additional 3 hours.
In the end, you should be left with about 1.5 liters of this mixture. Don’t worry if it’s slightly extra watery; it should still be effective.
