- When you eat, make sure you chew slowly and consume less.
- Avoid the intake of beans and certain vegetables like broccoli and Brussels sprouts, and dried foods because they cause bloating.
- Don’t consume artificial sugars and sugar alcohols.
- Avoid smoking.
